Exchanges are accepted only in exceptional cases of a manufacturing defect or receiving an incorrect scarf color.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all tags attached, free from perfume, pin marks, makeup stains, and washing.

Orders are delivered within 5–7 business days, excluding weekends and official holidays.
